Tony Khan Provides Update On Nick Wayne’s Condition, Status Of ROH World TV Title
Tony Khan provides an update on Nick Wayne.
Nick Wayne confirmed on the August 20 episode of AEW Dynamite that he suffered a broken foot at the hands of Adam Copeland on August 13. As such, he was removed from the tag match against Copeland and Christian Cage at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
Nick Wayne is also the reigning Ring of Honor World TV Champion. Speaking on a media call ahead of Ring of Honor’s Death Before Dishonor 2025, Tony Khan confirmed that he would not need to crown an interim champion and that Nick Wayne would return soon enough.
