Trick Williams Isn’t Sure Where His Attention Will Go After US Title Loss
Trick Williams is out for retribution.
Williams is on the defense coming out of SummerSlam, where he lost the United States Championship to Baron Corbin. For the first time in 100+ days, ‘Trick Willie’ isn’t quite sure of his path going forward.
“I’ve got some retribution to get. What does that look like? I’m not sure yet. Do I want the United States Championship? Maybe. Do I want something different? You know, I had an encounter with CM Punk the night before [I lost my title]. I’m not sure exactly where I’m going to set my attention to, I have a couple of days to think about it. But, in the meantime, I went and picked me up a nice belt, iced out and blinged out from Ice Box for about $45,000 to replacement old belt that I just lost.” Williams told ESPN Houston in a new interview.
As of publish time, nothing has been announced for the August 7 episode of WWE SmackDown. Fightful will update fans when that changes.
