Trick Williams Retains WWE US Title At WWE Backlash

Trick Williams proves himself.

The finish saw Trick catch Zayn with the trick shot knee after moving out of the way from a helluva kick.

During the match, Zayn used the candy cane kendo stick on Trick as Lil Yachty was arguing with the referee. Later on, Yachty made amends, hitting Zayn with the kendo stick while the referee checked on Trick. Things didn’t end well for Yachty though, as Zayn hit him with an elbow on the outside and then beat him with the kendo stick. Zayn followed up a helluva kick to Yachty.

This was the first successful title defense for Trick Williams. He won the title from Zayn at WrestleMania 42 Sunday on April 19.
