Trick Williams On Disrespecting Sami Zayn: It’s Not About You What You Did Five Years Ago, It’s About What You Can Do Today

Trick Williams doubles down on his disrespect towards Sami Zayn.

Sami Zayn and Trick Williams will potentially bring an end to their feud at the Backlash event, as they’re set to clash in a match for the United States Championship.

Speaking with ABC7 for a new interview, ‘Trick Willy’ used a football analogy to explain his behavior.

“He feels like I should respect him because he’s been here, or because he’s been in that spot for awhile. But like I said, in football, there’s no respect to a veteran just because you’re there. It’s not about what you did five years ago. It’s not about what you did ten years ago. It’s about what you can do today.”
