While we still don't know who the third entrant in the NXT North American Title Ladder Match taking place later this year, a match to crown the fourth entrant was announced.
During today's episode of The Bump, it was announced that Cameron Grimes, Kushida and a mystery third opponent will have a triple threat match on August 12 with the winner advancing to the ladder match. That match, which would crown a new North American Champion, will take place at NXT TakeOver 30.
Already qualified for the match are Bronson Reed and Dexter Lumis. Tonight on NXT, Ridge Holland, Damian Priest and Oney Lorcan will face off in a triple threat match where the winner becomes the third entrant in the ladder match.
Originally, the title was held by Keith Lee, but he vacated it recently so he could focus on defending the NXT Championship.
