Trish always had a great mindset.
Trish Stratus is arguably one of the most popular stars to ever step through the walls of WWE. The former 7-time WWE Women's Champion went from being a valet to being looked at as one the pioneers of women's wrestling in WWE alongside the likes of fellow WWE Hall Of Famers Lita, Beth Phoenix and many more athletes who went through the era of women's wrestling where it was not so much about the wrestling.
For many years of Trish Stratus' career before she got to solely show what she could do in the ring, she was placed in many gimmick matches such as: Bra and panties matches, gravy matches, eggnog matches and lingerie pillow fights. Trish, like the rest of female superstars of that era would have preferred to have normal matches with one another but regardless she wanted to make the best out of whatever opportunity was presented to her. When Trish and Lita joined 'Ring The Belle', she stated that it was all about making the best out of the situation.
“For me personally, it was like make the best out of it. I know when I had a gravy match; I was like, ‘A gravy match? Really?’ But I was like, ‘Okay, I’ll do this gravy match if I can be thrown off the top ramp into the bowl of gravy’". Trish continued, “We found the packaging after and it wasn’t good. Do not ingest.” Trish laughed.
Trish Stratus and Lita both competed at WWE 'Evolution' and on the post-'Evolution' edition of RAW and once their weekend with WWE was over, the Hall Of Famers thanked the WWE Universe via social media and told everyone that for now, 'Team Bestie' was out.
