Two New WWE Signings Announced During Mae Young Classic Episode

During the second episode of the Mae Young Classic, it was announced that Kacy Catanzaro and Shadia Bseiso have signed with WWE, as both women were shown in the crowd.

Catanzaro is most famous for being the first women to ever complete the qualifying course on NBC's American Ninja Warrior; she has also made Sports Illustrated's "Fittest 50" list. She tried out for WWE at the Performance Center back in January and was interviewed about the transition from running obstacle courses to running the ropes (you can see the interview above).

Triple H On 2024 WWE Draft: A Lot Of Thought Has To Go Into It, You Want The Rosters To Be Balanced

"I think a lot of the things from my background, from gymnastics to obstacle course racing - the physical and the mental, the speed, agility, strength, all of that - being able to mentally prepare for that and go in front of a lot of people and be on point that second that you have to... I think that all of that could be a really big advantage for me coming into the WWE."

Shadia Bseiso, out of Jordan in the Middle East is a TV personality with a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu that came to WWE through their tryouts in Dubai earlier this year. Bseiso is fluent in both English and Arabic.
