Liv Morgan was not pleased with Deville's announcement, arguing that she beat Carmella last week and that she deserved to be in the match as well. Deville declared that if Liv defeated Carmella again, she would be added to the match.

Morgan defeated Carmella again, but the announcers weren't sure she was added to Money in the Bank.

The WWE.com listing says:

As a result, Deville told Liv she would have to earn her way into the Money in the Bank Ladder Match by defeating Carmella in an impromptu match.

In the subsequent matchup, Morgan did just that, countering Carmella's top-rope maneuver before rolling her up for the pinfall.

Morgan, however, clarified later that although her victory did not qualify her for the match, she still intends to be there on July 18th to capture the briefcase.

Carmella joins Nikki Cross, Alexa Bliss, Naomi, and Asuka as the current female competitors in the women's ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank. You can view the current card for the event by clicking here.
