Undefeated UFC Fighter Lerone Murphy Says He Wouldn’t Turn Down A WWE Contract Offer

Lerone Murphy is on the a quest for UFC gold, sporting a 17-0-1 record and coming off a victory over Aaron Pico at UFC 319.

While Murphy is still in the midst of his UFC career, the highly touted featherweight wouldn’t turn down a WWE contract offer if it was presented to him.

“I used to love wrestling growing up, The Rock, Stone Cold, but not anymore. I’ve got little interest in it now, it’s totally different. It’s not the same.Tuning in for wrestling on a Saturday used to be the best as a kid, I had all the figures and everything. It’s iconic in America, one of the biggest things out there, so for sure, I wouldn’t be able to turn it down if they came calling,” he told Card Player.

Murphy earned a Performance of the Night bonus at UFC 319 with a spinning back elbow KO victory over Pico.
