"Undertaker: The Last Ride" Premieres On 5/10; Full Trailer And Schedule

The latest WWE Network series focuses on the longest-tenured top star in WWE history, The Undertaker, but the synopsis for the first episode of the series reveals that Undertaker was supposed to have retired years ago.

Following WrestleMania 36, where The Undertaker fought AJ Styles in a groundbreaking Boneyard match, WWE Network showed a sneak peek of its latest series entitled, "Undertaker: The Last Ride." The series is set to feature a never-before-seen look at the life of the man behind the character, Mark Calaway.

As first reported by WWE Network News and later confirmed by WWE, the series will officially premiere on Sunday, May 10, 2020. That is the same day as the 2020 Money in the Bank pay-per-view event.

Here is a look at the full release schedule:

1 ? Sunday, May 10 immediately following Money in the Bank
2 ? May 17 on demand at 10 am ET
3 ? May 24 on demand at 10 am ET
4 ? June 14 on demand at 10 am ET
5 ? June 21 on demand at 10 am ET

The synopsis for the series premiere focuses on The Undertaker's 2017 WrestleMania match against the Roman Reigns and reveals that that was supposed to be the final match of The Undertaker's career.

Get a rare and revealing look at Mark Calaway, the man behind The Undertaker, as he prepares for the final match of his storied WWE career against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 33.

To anyone that saw the finish of the match, this news should come as no surprise as for about a year, WWE did treat this match as though it was the retirement of The Undertaker. Since then, however, Undertaker has wrestled at two more WrestleMania events, a handful of Saudi Arabian shows, and even worked a tag match alongside Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules in 2019.

Fightful will have live coverage of the Money in the Bank pay-per-view that will precede the series premiere beginning next Sunday at 6 p.m. ET.
