Van Hammer has a court date for his recent DUI arrest.
According to PWInsider, Hammer (real name Mark Hildreth) will appear at the Palm Beach County Court on Monday, March 9.
As a result of his arrest a couple of months ago, Hildreth was removed from an appearance at the upcoming WrestleCon event in Tampa taking place in the coming weeks. Hildreth was being brought in by a vendor and not by WrestleCon.
Hildreth was arrested on Sunday, January 26 and charged with driving under the influence in Boynton Beach, FL. His injuries are not life-threatening according to Palm Beach Post. It was previously reported that Hildreth was driving 58 at a 35 mph zone.
The former WCW star was charged with felony hit and run with failure to stop in a crash involving others and serious bodily injuries, DUI with injuries to another person and leaving the scene of an injury crash. Bail was set at $125,000 at the time of the arrest.
