Vince McMahon registered a Holdings, Investment, and Management LLC in Connecticut on September 20, 2024 under the name 14TH & I.
On August 23, 2024, the marks “14TH&I” and “14TH & I” were filed as trademarks to cover private equity fund investment and entertainment production.
Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics first obtained the filings.
Brad Blum, a former WWE Executive, is listed as the President of 14TH & I.
Blum's LinkedIn states, "14th & I is a private investment firm focused on the sports, media, & entertainment sectors. We are a disciplined, flexible, long-term capital and strategic partner, primarily targeting buyouts/majority deals, as well as selective growth-oriented minority investments. We seek to partner with and empower exceptional management teams, providing deep expertise, capability, and relationships to help drive significant long-term value."
14TH & I appears to be a reference to the headquarters of Capitol Wrestling Corporation, the company headed by McMahon's father Vincent J. McMahon. The headquarters was located at the corner of 14th and I Streets in Washington D.C.
In October 2024, it was reported by PWInsider that McMahon was working on setting up "a new entertainment hub company." The company would reportedly develop and produce film and television productions.
Conrad Thompson said in January 2025 that McMahon had bought a studio and was building a roster, in reference to the reported entertainment hub.
McMahon resigned from WWE/TKO in January 2024 after a lawsuit was filed by former employee Janel Grant accusing him of sexual assault and sex trafficking. The lawsuit is still active.
McMahon sold TKO shares, liquidating almost $1.5 billion in equity between November 2023 and April 2024. He still owns more than 8 million shares in TKO.
Other lawsuits against McMahon include the ring boy lawsuit and a shareholder lawsuit.
