Will Ospreay Says Neck Surgery Cost Over $420K, Tony Khan Paid For It All

Will Ospreay underwent neck surgery in 2025, which sidelined him for seven months.
In an AEW YouTube series, Ospreay revealed that Tony Khan paid for the neck surgery, saying it cost more than his house. Speaking to Ariel Helwani on the Ariel Helwani Show, Ospreay revealed how much the surgery cost.
“I need to get my house reevaluated, but I believe this house is $420,000. More than that. I saw that bill and I could not believe it. I’ve never seen anything like it before in ym life. I could’ve afforded it; I easily could’ve, but the fact that Tony did that for me speaks volumes about how much he cares about the talent,” he said.
Ospreay is set to headline AEW All In on Sunday when he challenges Kenny Omega for the AEW World Title at Wembley Stadium.
Elsewhere during the interview, Ospreay explained why he’s not a WWE guy. You can find his full comments here.
