Dolin and Jayne entered the tag tournament on the August 19 episode of WWE SmackDown, replacing the originally planned team of Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark. In a first round matchup, Jayne and Dolan were able to defeat the duo of Natalya & Sonya Deville.

As a part of the announcement regarding Dolin's injury, WWE also announced that Friday's SmackDown will feature a 'Second Chance' Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match. It is currently unknown what teams will participate in the second chance bout, although the four teams that were eliminated in the first round include Nikki A.S.H/Doudrop, Tamina/Dana Brooke, Xia Li/Shotzi, and Natalya/Sonya Deville.

Fightful will update fans on when the teams are made official for Friday's tag bout.

In the meantime, the tournament is set to continue on tonight's episode of Raw, as Alexa Bliss & Asuka will face off against Dakota Kai & IYO SKY. Fightful will have full coverage of Raw, which can be found in our results section.
