Gran Metalik is injured according to WWE.
Metalik was scheduled to team with Lince Dorado in the tag team battle royal on Raw, but was noticeably absent in the match, forcing Dorado to go at it alone. Right after Dorado was eliminated by John Morrison, Byron Saxton noted that "Gran Metalik is injured."
No further details were given regarding Metalik's injury.
During Raw, Metalik took to social media to say, "@LuchadorLD sorry papa for tonight see you next week."

It is unknown if Metalik is injured or if the announcement was made as part of a storyline to explain his absence.
The Viking Raiders would win the battle royal, earning them a shot at the WWE Raw Tag Team Titles, which are currently held by AJ Styles and Omos.
