The WWE is up to their old tricks again, trying to control the narrative.
They changed a fan's reaction to Roman Reigns losing the U.S. Championship on last week's episode of WWE RAW. Watch the video at the top of the page. At the 2:33 mark, after Jericho won the title with a Codebreaker, the camera cut to a fan jumping up and down with his arms raised in jubilation. We don't know if he was a big Jericho fan, or was just happy to see Roman lose. Regardless of his motivations, his honest reaction was not the desried one.
So the WWE changed it.
Yes, in the video package that began last night's show, an edit was made that seemed to change that fan's opinion of the outcome of the match.
Pretty sneaky, WWE. But the internet sees all and it never forgets.
