Those in attendance at WWE's house show on June 28th will witness a Hall Of Fame speech from a recent inductee.
WWE Hall Of Famer Hisashi Shinma was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame during WrestleMania 35 weekend via the Legacy Wing portion of the Hall Of Fame. WWE's Japanese website is advertising that Shinma will deliver his Hall Of Fame speech on June 28th in Tokyo and here's the bio that is published on WWE Japan's official website:
On the first day of the WWE Japan Tour “WWE Live Tokyo” (at Ryogoku Kokugikan), which will be held for two days, on June 28 (Friday), the commemoration of the inclusion of the Hall of Fame, the Hall of Fame of Hisashi Shinma It was decided to carry out the ceremony.
Mr. Shinma will be held in the New York / New Jersey area in April this year at the “WWE Hall of Fame” held the day before “Wrestle Mania 35”, not only Japan but also the world for many years In recognition of his achievements in the wrestling world, he entered the Hall of Fame in the legacy category.We will hold a ceremony again in front of WWE Universe (fans) in Japan for WWE Japan performances and congratulate them for their great achievements.

Shinma was a former on-screen figurehead for the WWF as he served as the President of the promotion. The Tokyo Sports Lifetime Achievement Award winner booked for New Japan Pro-Wrestling and was a part of the reason that the talent-sharing agreement between WWF and New Japan Pro-Wrestling commenced.
