WWE Hires New Director of Show Production and Design

WWE has made a new hire.

Hunter Selby announced that he has been hired as the new director of show production and design.

Selby wrote, “I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a new position as Director of Show Production and Design at WWE. I’m looking forward to this new chapter, and to working on some designs that will hopefully be debuting on screens soon!”

Selby has been nominated for three Emmys:

• In 2023 for Outstanding Lighting Design/Lighting Direction For A Variety Series for American Idol.
• In 2025 for Outstanding Lighting Design/Lighting Direction For A Special for SNL50: The Homecoming Concert.
• In 2025 for Outstanding Lighting Design/Lighting Direction For A Series for American Idol.

Selby previously worked at DX7 Design as a senior associate designer.
