WWE Opposing Spike Dudley Trademarking His Ring Name

Spike Dudley is not able to trademark his name just yet.

Former multi-time champion in WWE Spike Dudley is attempting to trademark his ring name, but he is not able to do so because WWE is opposing the trademark.

WWE requested an extension of time to file opposition, and a 90-day extension was granted on September 25th.

Dudley was with WWE from 2001 to 2005. His list of accolades in the company is as follows:

• WWE Cruiserweight Championship
• WWF/E European Championship
• WWF/E Hardcore Championship (7 times)
• WWF Tag Team Championship

In October 2025, Dudley appeared alongside Team 3D (Bully Ray & D-Von Dudley) for their match against The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) at TNA Bound For Glory.
