WWE Raw Viewership Hits Lowest Total Since 1993 On 7/5/21

The viewership numbers for WWE Raw have rarely been worse.

According to Brandon Thurston at Wrestlenomics, WWE Raw on July 5 drew 1.472 million viewers.

Last Monday's show drew 1.57 million viewers.

Thurston reports that the September 13, 1993 episode of Raw was watched by 1.021 million households. "If that episode had fewer than 1.45 viewers per home, it could have had fewer total viewers than Monday's episode," says Thurston.

Monday's episode posted a 0.41 rating (535,000 viewers) in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is the same demographic rating the show posted last week. Thurston notes that it's the third-lowest demographic number in the show's history, topping only the December 14, 2020 show and last week's show.

WWE Raw was up against Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Montreal Canadiens and the Tampa Bay Lightning. The NHL game drew 2.56 million viewers and a 0.60 in 18-49 in overnight ratings.
