WWE Reveals Draft Rules: Major Implications For NXT, Advantage For Raw, First Pick

After quite the wait, WWE has revealed the list of rules for this Tuesday's draft, and there are major implications for NXT.

Below are the list of rules given by WWE.com. Raw has been given distinct advantages in that it's a three hour show and gets extra picks, and it gets three picks for each two Smackdown gets. NXT will also be interesting moving forward, as six picks can be made for their roster. An pivotal move was also made to include tag teams as a single pick.

- Raw has the first overall pick

- Since SmackDown Live is a two-hour show and Raw is three hours, for every two picks SmackDown Live receives, Raw will receive three picks

- Tag teams count as one pick unless a Commissioner/General Manager specifically only wants one member of the team

- Six draft picks will be made off the NXT roster
