WWE SmackDown Records Increase In Final Viewership, Decrease In Key Demo Rating On 5/26/23

Final viewership information is in for WWE SmackDown on May 26.

On Tuesday, May 30, Wrestlenomics reported that the May 26 episode of WWE SmackDown averaged 2.158 million viewers in final numbers. This is up slightly from the May 19 episode, which recorded 2.133 million in final numbers.

Furthermore, Friday's SmackDown recorded a 0.52 rating in the key 18 to 49 demographic, which is down from the 0.53 rating the show recorded last week.

SpoilerTV reported on May 27 that WWE SmackDown on May 26 averaged 2.027 million viewers in the preliminary numbers. The first hour scored 1.991 million viewers, while the second hour had 2.063 million viewers. This number is down from the May 19 episode, which drew 2.049 million viewers in the preliminary numbers. That number would rise to 2.133 million.

Friday's episode drew a 0.46 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, with the first hour coming in at a 0.44 and the second hour rising to a 0.48 rating. The preliminary rating for May 19 came in a 0.50 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. That number rose to 0.53 in the final viewership.

SmackDown on May 26 was taped ahead of time on May 19 as WWE. On June 2, SmackDown will be live as per usual.
