- After MFT got caught in a car crash, Joe Tessiotore & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match
- Charlotte Flair (w/ Alexa Bliss) def. Raquel Rodriguez (w/ Raquel Rodriguez).
- Jacob Fatu was pulled to the side by local police regarding the car crash that happened earlier today, as he was the “Suspect of Interest”.
- There was a vignette previewing the match between Tiffany Stratton & Jade Cargill on SummerSlam.
- Damian Priest def. Carmelo Hayes via DQ.
- After Aleister Black attacked Damian Priest, he caused the Disqualification before hitting a Spinning Kick on Priest.
- MFT (Solo Sikoa, Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga & JC Mateo) came to the ring for a promo; however, they were interrupted by Jacob Fatu being freed by the police before he & Jimmy Uso laid out MFT. After that, Adam Pearce announced Sikoa would face Fatu at SummerSlam in a Steel Cage Match. Sikoa was then arrested.
- Stephanie Vaquer def. Alba Fyre (w/ Piper Niven).
- Niven attacked Vaquer after the match, but Vaquer managed to toss her out of the ring.
- John Cena and Cody Rhodes’ contract signing for WWE SmackDown
- WWE Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders Match: Andrade & Rey Fenix def. Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom), DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) & Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin)
- Adam Pearce hosted the contract signing between John Cena & Cody Rhodes ahead of their match at SummerSlam. Cena said he would not sign the contract because he would be filming a movie on those two events. Rhodes retaliated by attacking Cena, but Cena responded by tossing Rhodes into the stairs. Rhodes then tossed Cena into the corner before striking him with the title and hitting a frog splash before forging Cena’s signature on the contract.
