Yota Tsuji Wins IWGP Heavyweight Title At NJPW Dominion

Yota Tsuji is back on top of New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

Yota Tsuji regained the IWGP Heavyweight Championship at NJPW Dominion, defeating Callum Newman in the main event.

The finish saw Tsuji hit multiple Gene Blasters to put Newman away.

After the match, Tsuji said that this is a new era of New Japan and that he is ready to lead and represent the new era.

This is the second reign as IWGP Heavyweight Champion for Tsuji. His first reign lasted 90 days before it was ended by Newman at NJPW Sakura Genesis. Newman’s reign lasted 71 days. He made one successful title defense.
