WWE Employee Wishes Death On Matt Hardy, Doesn't Realize Matt Hardy Will Never Die

Matt Hardy was absent from WWE TV this week after a loss to Braun Strowman on last week's epiode. Still, he finds himself at the center of a bit of controversy.

Longtime WWE seamstress Julie Youngberg posted a tweet this week saying "I would love if the fifth man was dead Matt. Did I say that?” in response to a suggestion that "Broken" Matt Hardy be the fifth team member to battle The Shield at this Sunday's WWE TLC show.

Matt's wife Reby Hardy responded to the post by saying that Julie has seen the two at nearly two dozen television tapings and hasn't said anything. Reby and Youngberg have went back and forth with one another for years, as far back as 2011 from what Fightful has seen.

“We were actually contacted by an officer a few yrs ago about a ‘crazy fan’ making outrageous claims & wasting their time; It was Julie. No one is ‘stalking’ you, ‘hacking’ you, spying on you. NO ONE EVEN REMEMBERS YOU EXIST until you start revealing death wishes on twitter," said Reby

In a bit of irony, Matt Hardy formerly marketed and used the "Matt Hardy will never die" tagline.

Youngberg is the wife of former WWE and TNA star Shannon Moore, and you may remember her name from as far back as the 1990's. She was engaged to Darren Drozdov at the time of the 1999 accident that led to his paralysis. The two would wed following the incident, but divorce years later.

WWE has yet to comment on the matter to Fightful.
