The Hardys Invite The Righteous To Hardy Compound After TNA Slammiversary Triple Threat Tag Ladder Match

The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) invite The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) to the Hardy Compound.

During the 6/4 edition of TNA Impact, The Hardys faced The Righteous in a Wicked Garden match. It was a cinematic-style bout, the first of its kind, created by The Righteous. Both teams are going to share the ring during the upcoming TNA Slammiversary event, where The System will defend their TNA World Tag Team Titles in a ladder match against The Righteous and The Hardys.

After this match, Matt and Jeff want to have another match with Vincent and Dutch, this time in the Hardy Compound.

Speaking with Rewind Recap Relive, Matt discussed the Wicked Garden match and their upcoming Slammiversary bout.

“We weren’t sure what it was going to be all about. But then, once we got a general idea of what the mindset was for this match, then we all started collabing, and everything came together, and it turned into a magical thing. I think it was very important too because The Righteous is a team, I think, are very talented. Obviously, we aren’t happy they had betrayed us as they did, but I think they are a team that deserves to be elevated in TNA, and that is something that we have also been working on during this battle with these guys. 

They’re going to be in our match at Slammiversary. The Righteous, they really want those tag team titles. They think that is their next goal now. So they are going to have to go through us to get those because we want to reclaim the tag team titles that The System stole from us because The Righteous had beat us down so much. But we are going to be facing them at Slammiversary here in Boston, so a match you do not want to miss.”

He said once Slammiversary ends, The Righteous will have to come to the Hardy Compound.

“After that, regardless of who wins, us, The Righteous, The System, whoever else, The Righteous are going to have to come to the Hardy Compound, and that is where we’re going to end this rivalry once and for all.”

Host Jonah asked The Hardys if this was their official invitation to The Righteous to the Hardy Compound.

“(Jeff) It is. 

(Matt) The invitation is officially out there, yes.”
