Gable Steveson Gets Knocked Out By Sean Sharaf In 12 Seconds At UFC 331

Gable Steveson suffered his first MMA loss at UFC 331.

Steveson entered his fight against Sean Sharan as a +1200 favorite, but quickly ended up on the mat as Sharan clocked him with a left hook that put him out cold. Sharaf followed up with a couple of punches as the referee jumped in to stop the fight.

The bout lasted just 12 seconds and is the third fastest knockout in UFC heavyweight history.

Steveson was undefeated coming into the fight while Sharaf was 4-2.

At the press conference ahead of the event, Sharaf referenced Steveson’s past, bringing up his alleged rape, saying, “I don’t dislike the guy. Nobody likes a rapist. This guy raped a woman in 2019. That’s why everyone is booing him. You can’t do that shit. It’s wrong.”

Gable Steveson was arrested in June 2019 on suspicion of sexual assault. It was determined that he would not face criminal charges due to a lack of adequate evidence.
