Yota Tsuji Defending IWGP Heavyweight Title Against Ryohei Oiwa At NJPW King Of Pro-Wrestling

Yota Tsuji versus Ryohei Oiwa.

Ryohei Oiwa is the winner of the 2026 NJPW G1 Climax 36 tournament, and he is getting his title shot at the King of Pro-Wrestling show on October 12th at Ryōgoku Sumo Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

His opponent was determined at the Destruction in Kobe show on September 27th, as Hirooki Goto challenged Yota Tsuji for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.

Tsuji came out on top to secure the victory and retain his title. Post-match, Oiwa came out to address him, as their title bout had been made official.
