Kay Lee Ray Talks Returning To EVE After Being Away For Seven Years

Kay Lee Ray wants to mix it up with the best.
After leaving WWE in April 2026, Kay Lee Ray returned the independent scene just under two months later. Ray’s first match saw her facing Molly Spartan at Pro Wrestling EVE’s 150th event in London.
Speaking with WhatCulture Wrestling for a new interview, Ray talked about returning to EVE after last wrestling for the promotion in 2019.
“Like I said earlier, it’s almost making sure that I can step up to all that. There’s so many girls that I haven’t worked before that I’m eager to get in the ring with and see what we can do in this crazy wrestling thing. For me, the person you’re in with really dictates the matches for me. We’re all individuals and it should be very different. So, this is a drive to kind of do better and do more. With these incredible names that we’ve got around us, it’s hard not to do that.”
Kay Lee Ray has also wrestled for promotions like wXw and PROGRESS since leaving WWE.
