Conor McGregor vs. Max Holloway Officially Set For UFC 329

Conor McGregor will officially return to the cage during International Fight Week.
UFC President Dana White announced that Conor McGregor will face Max Holloway at UFC 329 on July 11. The event will air on Paramount+.
This will be McGregor’s first fight since July 2021, when he suffered a broken lower tibia against Dustin Poirier. He was scheduled to fight Michael Chandler in June 2024, but had to pull out of the event due to injury.

Holloway is coming off a unanimous decision loss to Charles Oliveira at UFC 326. McGregor has not won a fight since January 2020.
Holloway and McGregor previously fought at UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. Sonnen in August 2013. McGregor won the fight by unanimous decision.
