Heavyweight Title Fight Headlining LFA 26

The main event is set for the upcoming Legacy Fighting Alliance 26 card and it is a heavyweight title fight as Richard Odoms defends the gold against Jeff Hughes.

Odoms (13-3-0) is going to be making the first defense of his championship, as he won it by defeating Jared Vanderaa at LFA 15 in June of 2017. Odoms has only suffered three defeats as a professional MMA fighter, two of them came to UFC veterans in Jared Rosholt and Konstantin Erokhin. Odoms also competed twice in the World Series Of Fighting Global Championships, defeating Yusuke Kawaguchi and suffering a defeat to Evgeny Erokhin.

Hughes won nine of his ten amateur MMA fights and the majority of those bouts took place in the North American Allied Fight Series promotion.
