Jake Paul Ranked #14 In Latest WBA Cruiserweight Rankings, Now Eligible For Title Fight

Jake Paul is now eligible to fight for a title in boxing.

On June 28th at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, Jake Paul would defeat Julio César Chávez Jr. in a 10 round cruiserweight bout by unanimous decision, and this fight has catapulted Paul into a big position for the future of his professional boxing career.

As a result of this victory, the WBA rankings now have Paul ranked at #14 at cruiserweight, making Paul now eligible to fight for the WBA Cruiserweight Championship currently held by Zurdo Ramirez.

The win over Chavez moved Paul to a 12-1 record in boxing, with previous wins over an aged Mike Tyson and MMA fighters such as Ben Askren, Nate Diaz and Tyron Woodley.
