Regina Tarin is not against doing both at the same time.
Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, is playing host to UFC Fight Night on September 12th. On the preliminary card is a flyweight bout that will see J.J. Aldrich versus Regina Tarin.
Tarin has an 8-0 MMA record and one UFC win under her belt. She’s also ventured into pro wrestling and spoke to MMA Fighting about her WWE tryout in early 2026.
“They reached out to me directly on Instagram and told me about going to the WWE tryouts, and I said, ‘Okay, let’s go.’ That’s how they contacted me. I showed up, I made it into WWE, but three days later I got a call from UFC, so, well, passion comes first.”
Tarin went on to state that she’d be open to going to WWE after her MMA career is over, but would also not rule out doing both at the same time.
“Of course, I’d consider doing it later, maybe alongside MMA, or even at the same time, I don’t know. But right now my priority is MMA, my priority is UFC, my priority is winning fights and maybe in the future we’ll see it happen.”
Fightful will have coverage of UFC Fight Night.
