A lightweight division attraction has been added to Dana White’s Contender Series Episode 30 as Anthony Romero faces Mike Breeden.
MMA Fighting first reported the bout, who’s spot on the card isn’t known at this time.
Romero (6-0-0) has spent his entire professional MMA career competing in the King Of The Cage promotion. Romero has picked up a total of six wins as a professional MMA fighter and four of those came by way of decision. Romero also went undefeated as an amateur MMA fighter, winning five of five fights before turning pro in November of 2017.
Breeden (7-2-0) enters the contest riding a two fight winning streak, picking up wins over Chel Erwin-Davis and Brandon Jenkins. Breeden has competed once under the Bellator MMA banner, defeating Craig Farley by first round TKO at Bellator 171. Breeden has picked up seven wins as a professional MMA fighter and six of them came by way of KO/TKO.
Dana White’s Contender Series Episode 30 takes place on Tuesday, August 25 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
