Report: Kyle Driscoll vs. Dinis Paiva At Dana White’s Contender Series

A featherweight fight has been added to Dana White’s Contender Series Episode 33 as Kyle Driscoll faces Dinis Paiva.

Driscoll (11-3-0) enters the contest riding a six-fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in over three years. Driscoll is a former Freestyle Cage Fighting Lightweight Champion, defeating Shakir McKillip at FCF 55 to claim the gold. Driscoll has picked up five professional MMA wins by KO/TKO and another five came by way of decision.

Paiva (13-7-0) comes into the bout riding a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Antonio Castillo Jr. and Tim Doooling. Paiva hasn’t been defeated in over two years, with that last loss coming to UFC fighter Andre Ewell at CES MMA 50. Paiva has spent his entire professional MMA career, which began in June of 2011, competing in the CES MMA promotion.

Dana White’s Contender Series Episode 33 is set for Tuesday, September 15 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
