Report: Raulian Paiva Injured, Off UFC Fight Night: Hall vs. Silva

Raulian Paiva has suffered an ACL injury and has been pulled from UFC Fight Night: Hall vs. Silva, where he was scheduled to face Amir Albazi.

Combate first reported the news. Albazi is expected to remain on the card at this time, as UFC officials are seeking a replacement opponent for him to fight.

Albazi (13-1-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner. His lone win comes against Malcom Gordon at UFC Fight Night: Figueiredo vs. Benavidez II. Albazi has suffered just one loss as a professional MMA fighter. That loss came to Jose Torres at Brave CF 23. Albazi has competed 14 times as a professional MMA fighter and has only gone the distance twice.

UFC Fight Night: Hall vs. Silva is set for Saturday, October 31. Anderson Silva is expected to fight in his retirement bout against Uriah Hall. Fightful will provide live coverage of the event.
