Tito Ortiz was recently elected to the Huntington Beach City Council, but he is already lodging complaints about federal politics.
Ortiz shared a petition demanding a recount of votes in California for the 2020 U.S. Presidential election. This is not some closely-contested battleground state. U.S. Democratic nominee Joe Biden won the state of California by nearly four million votes.
"The people of California are no longer going to tolerate our corrupt Government to claim victory for Democrats with zero precincts counted," the petition reads. "The people of California invested heavily their time into Trump rallies in San Diego, Big Bear, Newport Beach, Santa Barbara, Temecula, Rancho Cucamonga, Glendora, Lake Elsinore, Dana Point, Carlsbad. We will not let the Corrupt democrats give away our state!"

The petition has less than 2,000 of its 100,000 petition goal as of this writing.
