Masayuki Ito and Jamel Herring are set to fight for the WBO super featherweight title after successfully making weight.
Both Ito and Herring came within the 130-pound limit for their Top Rank on ESPN main event later tonight in Kissimmee, Florida. Ito will be making his second title defense while Herring will look to become a world champion for the first time in his pro career.
One surprise guest in the weigh-in was WBC super featherweight champion Miguel Berchelt. Berchelt is very interested in the main event as he recently stated that he would love to face the winner of tonight's main event in a unification bout.
