UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Shahbazyan is in the books and four of the sixteen fighters who competed on the card walked away with some bonus money.
The duo of Bobby Green and Lando Vananta picked up $50,000 each for Fight Of The Night, which is the second time their bout has won Fight Of The Night. That’s because their initial meeting at UFC 216 netted them $50,000 each, but the difference the second time around is that Green walked away victorious over Vannata.
Two Performance Of The Night bonuses were also handed out, with $50,000 going to Jennifer Maia (who defeated Joanne Calderwood) and another $50,000 going to Vicente Luque (who defeated Randy Brown).
That means that the UFC handed out $200,000 in bonus money at the event, which is the norm for the majority of UFC cards.
Up next for the UFC is UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Oleinik, which takes place this coming Saturday Night and will air exclusively on ESPN+.
