Hiroshi Tanahashi Wants To Analyze How Retired Legends Can Contribute To NJPW

Hiroshi Tanahashi retired at Wrestle Kingdom 20, but remained with NJPW as the President of the company.
Tiger Mask and Hiroyoshi Tenzan are set to retire this year, and Tanahashi wants to help them in the future.
“From Wrestle Kingdom in January to Dominion in June, I think there has been a fantastic atmosphere and ambiance around NJPW. As the second half of the year, the immediate target in the ring will be the success of the G1, and outside of it, one aspect that I would like to analyze is how other retired wrestlers of this generation, such as Tiger Mask and Hiroyoshi Tenzan, can better contribute to NJPW in the future,” Tanahashi told Pep S. Caro of Planeta Wrestling.
Tiger Mask will have his retirement match on July 7. Tenzan will retire on August 15.
Elsewhere during the interview, Hiroshi Tanahashi spoke about his relationship with Tony Khan. You can find his full comments here.
