Rusev: Welcome To My Accolate Joe Hendry, You Should Have Stayed A Lawyer

Rusev references a time where Joe Hendry would feature as a lawyer for himself several years ago following an attack on Hendry on WWE RAW.

Upon winning the United States Championship in back in 2014, Rusev would have a celebration on WWE Monday Night RAW that would also feature Joe Hendry working in an extra role as the new champion’s Russian lawyer. On this week’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, Hendry would be subjected to the Accolade at the hands of Rusev ahead of a number one contenders gauntlet match for next week’s edition of WWE RAW, with a shot at Penta’s Intercontinental Championship on the line.

In a social media post after this week’s edition of WWE RAW, Rusev would revel in the attack on Hendry, saying that the Scottish WWE star should have ‘stayed a lawyer,’ while also taking aim at Chad Gable and Dragon Lee.
