Tony Khan Debunks Claim That AEW Pulled Mance Warner From AAW Event

On Friday evening, AAW Pro announced that Mance Warner would not be appearing at AAA Homecoming on May 22.
AAW stated that it was “AEW’s request” that Mance would not be appearing.
The promotion wrote, “Mance Warner will unfortunately NOT be appearing at #AAWHomecoming per AEW’s request. We are immediately restructuring the show accordingly and will announce updates as soon as possible.”
AEW President Tony Khan shot down that notion, replying, “That’s the first that I’ve heard of this, and it’s the first time anyone in AEW’s office has heard of it. He is welcome to do your show.”

Mance has competed at recent ROH tapings and other independent dates.
Fightful will provide more information on the situation when it is known.
