YOH Def. DOUKI To Become IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion At NJPW Dominion 2026
YOH completes the mission.
The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship was on the line at New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s 2026 Dominion event. The bout saw DOUKI defend against YOH.
YOH earned the title opportunity by winning the Best of the Super Juniors tournament.
It was DOUKI’s first match since April, as he bowed out of the Best of the Super Juniors tourney. It was his fifth defense of the Junior Heavyweight Title.
YOH’s ex-tag team partner and DOUKI’s current HOUSE OF TORTURE stablemate, SHO, came down to the ring to corner DOUKI.
The conclusion of the bout saw SHO defeat DOUKI to capture the belt in his seventh attempt at trying to become Junior Heavyweight Champion.
