WWE SmackDown

The Elite: We're Getting AEW Back To What It Was Supposed To Be

- Sami Zayn delivered an emotional message to Jey Uso about the drama within The Bloodline. He told Jey to listen to his heart, and he stated that Paul Heyman was manipulative.

- Cameron Grimes attacked Baron Corbin backstage, as it was clear he wanted revenge on the former King of the Ring winner.

- WWE SmackDown kicked off with Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa, but they were interrupted by Jey Uso. Jey said he didn’t know if he could forgive Solo for betraying Jimmy. Heyman told Jey he got it all wrong, as Jimmy made up his mind for both him and his brother. Heyman said that Roman Reigns wanted to groom Jey to be the next Tribal Chief. He got Jey a title match against WWE United States Champion and demanded his answer, but Jey said he'd get back to him.

- Santos Escobar defeated Mustafa Ali in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match. Escobar celebrated with the LWO after the match.

- Butch faced Baron Corbin in a Money in the Bank qualifier. NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams were in the crowd, and Corbin was seemingly distracted by their presence. Butch scored the win. Corbin then argued with Hayes and Williams, and they had to be separated by security.

- NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn were confronted by WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler. Rousey threw down the gauntlet for a unification match, which was confirmed for the June 23 episode of SmackDown.

- A video package highlighted WWE Hall of Famer The Iron Sheik, who passed away on June 7.

- Bayley defeated Michin in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match.

- Scarlett blew powder in AJ Styes' face, and Karrion Kross attacked him.

- Jey Uso told Paul Heyman he'd only return to The Bloodline if Heyman left.

- Asuka was presented with the new WWE Women's Championship. Charlotte Flair returned and challenged her to a match, which was confirmed for the June 30 episode of WWE SmackDown. Flair stood tall after a brief brawl.

- Bayley helped IYO SKY defeat Shotzi and qualify for the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

- Grayson Waller was highlighted in a video package.

- When Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) and other tag teams confronted Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens, Adam Pearce booked a tag team gauntlet match for the June 16 episode of SmackDown.

- In a chaotic main event, Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson), Solo Sikoa, and Jimmy Uso interfered, and Austin Theory beat Jey Uso to retain the WWE United States Championship. Jey walked away after the match, as he clearly hadn't made a decision about his place in The Bloodline.

- Bianca Belair made it clear that she was frustrated after Adam Pearce set up a title match between Asuka and Charlotte Flair.

- Santos Escobar discussed qualifying for the Money in the Bank Match in a SmackDown Exclusive.

AEW Rampage

- A distraction from The Hardys (Matt and Jeff Hardy) and Isiah Kassidy helped Bandido and The Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) defeat Ethan Page, Lee Moriarty, and Big Bill.

- The latest edition of QTV hyped up Powerhouse Hobbs and what he'll bring to AEW Collision.

- Skye Blue defeated Britt Baker, Nyla Rose, and Mercedes Martinez to earn a shot at the AEW Women's World Championship.

- The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and Billy Gunn defeated Spanish Announce Project (Luther, Serpentico, and Angelico).

- A video package hyped up AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2.

- Powerhouse Hobbs picked up a dominant win against Caleb Crush.

- Arn Anderson was asked to give an update on Brock Anderson. He vowed to get revenge on Christian Cage and Luchasaurus. TNT Champion Wardlow announced that he will face Jake Hager on the June 14 episode of AEW Dynamite.

- Karen Jarrett called out Aubrey Edwards. Mark Briscoe announced that he, Aubrey, and Papa Briscoe will face Jeff Jarrett, Karen Jarrett, and Jay Lethal.

- Ethan Page commented on his loss.

- Mark Briscoe discussed the news that he will team up with Aubrey Edwards in a trios match.
