2 Cold Scorpio Jailed, To Be Sentenced In October
The latest update on 2 Cold Scorpio.
According to court records, 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs) was taken into custody and jailed on September 17 following his court appearance in Kansas City.
During the hearing, Scaggs acknowledged he had brandished a firearm, which was in violation of his bond.
Prosecutors filed a motion on September 11 seeking to revoke his bond and have him remanded to jail.
Court records for the hearing noted, “Court finds and believes Defendant to be clearly in violation of his bond conditions, and that said violation is a danger to public safety.”
He will be sentenced on October 9. He previously pleaded guilty on charges of second degree assault and armed criminal action.
He was arrested in June 2024 after getting into a fight with a man during an incident at the Love’s Travel Stop, where he was working as a security guard.
According to Scorpio, he was acting in self-defense. He claimed to authorities he was working as a security guard at the store and asked the man to not smoke inside. He claimed the man became upset and said, “F you the f*** you gonna do?” before threatening him. The victim claimed Scorpio was the aggressor.
