Bliss and Cross' first title defense is set.
Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross became the third pair to hold the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships this past Monday on RAW when they outlasted Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, The IIconics and the Kabuki Warriors (Kairi Sane and Asuka). WWE has announced that on the RAW after SummerSlam at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Kairi and Asuka will have another shot to capture tag team gold as they'll take on Bliss and Cross for the tag titles.

In the aforementioned match on RAW, The IIconics were the first to be eliminated. Current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Bayley stated during a recent interview that she wishes she and Sasha Banks could've done more with the Women's Tag Titles and hoped that The IIconics could do more than what was previously done.
