A special attraction match has been added to this Sunday's NWA 70th Anniversary Show.
The National Wrestling Alliance announced that Laredo Kid will face Barrett Brown at the show.
Brown took to social media to give his thoughts on the match.
Brown is the current NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion, having won the title in August 2017. The belt is not currently scheduled to be on the line. Aside from working on the Independent scene, Brown was one of the enhancement talents used on the Sept. 17 edition of Raw in a bout against the Authors of Pain.
Laredo Kid is a regular in AAA and recently appeared on IMPACT Wrestling in trios action.
Fightful will have live coverage of NWA 70th Anniversary show on Sunday. The show will be headlined by Nick Aldis against Cody in a 2-out-of-3 falls match for the NWA World Heavyweight Title.
