Bret Hart Reveals Skin Cancer

Bret Hart revealed he is scheduled to have a basal cell carcinoma removed soon. Basal cell carcinoma is defined as the most common form of skin cancer and the most frequently occurring form of all cancers.

Hart has dealt with a number of health issues since retiring from the ring. He suffered a stroke in 2002 after a bicycle accident where he was suffered total paralysis on his left side. Fortunately, he was able to recover after months of physical therapy. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2016, but beat the disease following a successful surgery.

Hart made a brief appearance at WWE SummerSlam 2019 and unveiled the AEW World Championship at AEW Double or Nothing 2019. Bret is still currently scheduled to appear at WrestleCon in Tampa as part of WrestleMania week.
