Capitán Suicida Wins CMLL National Welterweight Title
Capitán Suicida ended Magia Blanca’s 1377-day reign with the CMLL National Welterweight Championship on CMLL Martes de Arena Mexico.
Capitán Suicida defeated Magia Blanca with the Rings of Saturn. This comes after issuing a title challenge to Magia Blanca in last week’s episode. Blanca accepted the challenge, leading to the bout.
This is his first reign in CMLL and as a Welterweight. Magia Blanca held the belt for over 1377 days, the second-longest title reign in the title’s history. The record of the longest title reign still belongs to Soberano Jr., who held it for 1664 days.
