Danhausen discusses how his clone turned out to be a luchador, noting that maybe Rey Fenix used his cloning machine.

At WWE Backlash, Danhausen would need a tag team partner for a bout with The Miz and Kit Wilson, and would end up cloning himself, with a mini-hausen serving as his teammate at the event, coming away with the tag team victory in Danhausen’s Premium Live Event debut.

While speaking on the WWE Backlash recap, Danhausen addressed his tag team partner being a luchador, speculating that Rey Fenix entered his cloning machine when he left the room.

“Well, what I would have presumed is maybe when Danhausen left the room, Ray Fenix walked into it (his cloning machine), maybe that’s why he came out a luchador?”

Danhausen continued, discussing the fan reaction to his tag team partner and the speculation that surrounded the possible options.

“Here’s the thing, people go ‘Oh, it’s confirmed it’s Cola-Man Punk, it’s confirmed it’s Oba Femi.’ They’re great, however, who said that? Who put that responsibility on me? I didn’t even want to find one, why would I ask them? It’s Jelly Roll, it’s Cola-Man Punk, it’s Oba…’ I should’ve had all of them.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Danhausen discussed IYO SKY and Asuka. You can read more about that here.
